I recently had the pleasure of staying at a luxurious 4-star hotel in Trapani. The staff at the reception were incredibly nice and helpful, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing me with the perfect environment to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. The location of this hotel was fantastic, as it was conveniently close to both the train station and the port. This made it incredibly easy for me to visit the nearby islands of Favignana and Levanzo. Additionally, the breakfast offered at the hotel was delicious, with a wide variety of choices to suit every palate.

Rooms are modern and very clean, hotel is very comfortable and staff very accommodating, hotel is just across from train and bus station which is good if you are arriving late.

Breakfast is boring, no natural low fat yogurt, fresh fruit only apeared on 7th day, and was not fresh by any standards, pears pineapple and prunes were tinned, would expect fresh from 4 star. Scrambled eggs and cappicinno were good.

Very nice and large bathroom.

Staff was not too friendly, but still ok. Location is a bit outside the old city centre, though easily reachable by foot and close to public transport.

Helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms, close to historical center, easy parking. Modernized room, good breakfast.

The staff was passable, but not very friendly. It was a bit expensive for what it was, but I was there during a holiday weekend. It is not directly in the city center, but only a short walk (15 min).

Loved the top-notch facilities and hospitality, perfect for both business and leisure. The nearby museums were a cultural treat. Private parking and a trendy bar/lounge were great. And who doesn't love designer stores and dry cleaning services?

Situated directly behind the bus and trainstation, very convienient for early departure. Nice room and bathroom (with rainshower). Good hotel.

Location was the best thing. Steps from the train station, bus station, laundry place and old city. Breakfast was good but waiters couldn't handle coffee orders. Staff was polite and helpful.

A bit too pricy for a basic hotel. It has been renovated but doesn't bring forth as much charm or character. The bathroom was probably the best thing in the hotel.

During my business trip to Trapani, I had the opportunity to stay at B&B Hotel Trapani Crystal and I must say that it was a great choice made by my director. The hotel provided all the necessary services to meet my needs during my stay. The rooms were comfortable and clean, providing a relaxing environment after a long day of work. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that my stay was as pleasant as possible. The location of the hotel was also convenient, making it easy for me to navigate around the city. I had a great experience at B&B Hotel Trapani Crystal.

The only minor issue I encountered during my stay at B&B Hotel Trapani Crystal was that the rooms did not have air conditioning.

Giovanni's cappuccino in the morning, wonderful!!!! Beautiful clean room, walking distance from downtown and beach.

The room was at the 6th floor with big windows and was very hot despite the temperature outside was around 20C. With open windows the street and disco (on Sat night) were very noisy. Not a problem if you like airco.

Parking was inadequate, Air conditioning did not work, Difficulty in accessing Internet. It must be said that the hotel was going through a major refurbishing.

We loved the convenient location of the B & B, as it was close to the city center and port area. The staff provided excellent service during breakfast, making our experience even more enjoyable. The hotel's proximity to the beach and old town was an added bonus, allowing us easy access to explore the surrounding area. Special thanks to Senore Francesco for his attentive service at the late-night bar. a pleasant stay.

There was nothing we didn't like about our stay at the B & B. 😊

We loved the very modern design of the hotel.Next to the small railway station and 5 mins walk to either marina promenade or beach coast on the other side of the peninsular Lots of Shops too!!

Very nice staff, loved chatting to them. Also very central everything within walking distance.

Trapani airport closed and we had to stop at Palermo very expensive journey back and forth to airport. We should have been allowed to cancel accommodation or some compensation given.
